Before you apply
Support is for eligible community organisations. Basic administration training and support is free. Where a provider is a good fit, your organisation owns and administers its own tenant.
We cannot promise eligibility, provider approval or a particular outcome.
Do not send passwords, recovery codes, MFA codes or other account secrets. Those details must not be stored in a support ticket.

Direct submission is for people aged 16+, or submitted with an adult.
